Setting up the device 1. Unpack all parts from the packaging. 2. Connect the retaining bracket (3) with the base (4) using the screw (8). Place the washer (11) between the retaining bracket (3) and the base (4). Insert the screw downwards through the retaining bracket (3) and the base (4) and tighten the screw. 3. The integrated battery has to be charged now. You can use the power adaptor (10) or the recharger cable 12 V/24 V (9) for charging.
Dimming function Switch the switch (5) to ON (I) to turn on the device. To reduce the brightness to 75 %, switch the switch (5) off (0) and on (I) again within 2 seconds. This procedure can be repeated for a brightness of 50%. Repeated once more, the brightness will be set to 100 % again.
• Fully charge the battery before storage and every 6 months when the product is not in usage. • The charging electronics stops when the integrated battery is full to prevent overcharging. • The battery must never be charged more than 24 hours straight. • Normal charging time: 6 hours Advice on the lifetime of batteries It is advisable to let the battery go fully flat from time to time and then recharge it again to full capacity for several hours. This refreshes the battery.

Consumers are legally obligated and responsible for the proper disposal of electronic and electrical devices by returning them to collecting sites designated for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment waste.
