X. Troubleshooting
If malfunction in DR.BEI Sonic Electronic Toothbrush Performance
Failure List occurs, contact local authorized distributor or retailers.

Brush head cannot
attach to power
shaft correctly.
Stuff clog between the
brush head and power
shaft;
Brush head is not genuine
or not matched;
Incorrect orienting.
Remove the blocking
stuff;
Purchase genuine
brush head
recommended by
manufacturer;
Align the parts
correctly according
to the instructions.
Cannot power on. Low power;
Product in charging.
Charge the product;
Remove brush from
the charging base.
Weak brush head
vibration.
Incorrect or loose
attachment of brush head;
Stuff clog between the
brush head and power
shaft.
Attach correctly;

Handle cannot
attach to charging
