This UserSetting specifies the default destination network ID, which is used in address
modes 2 and 3. If the special broadcast id and the broadcast address are set to 255,
the packets will be received by all network participants. Its volatile RuntimeSettings can be
modified with the command
CMD_SET_DESTNETID_REQ
at runtime.

Set the default destination network id to 1 using the
