25k - Selects 25 kHz channel spacing.
8.33k - Selects 8.33 kHz channel spacing.
TST - Disables the squelch circuits to allow audible
verification of receiver operation.
*Note: There is no ON mode when 25kHz and
8.33kHz capable Radios are detected.
