The time starts from zero by pressing the key start，may be stopped by pressing the key pause，and may
continue by pressing the key continue ; or may return to zero by pressing the key zero (in such case, time
may be re-started), or may exit from stopwatch box by pressing the key return .
After the start up of timing, press the key Pwr to return to normal standby mode and enter other working
states, and the timing operation on stopwatch may continue after entering this box again.
11.2.15 Countdown
This function is mainly applicable to the prompt operation at given time. Such as：dial up after ten minutes,
etc. It provides no content for prompt, and easy for operation.
The countdown may be used in two methods：
Method1: select the menu option tool
－ countdown under accessory box after entering main menu, the
cell phone displays the countdown state, whereby the countdown time may be entered, such as：one
hour plus twenty minutes denoting eighty minutes；forty five denoting the prompt after forty five
minutes. After fixing the time, press the key ‘start’ for the startup of countdown，you may also press the
key return to return to previous menu，with time duration not included.
Method 2：This function may be activated by simply pressing the minute values under normal standby mode,
and the key option for the selection of menu option countdown start.
For example：if you need to be reminded after forty five minutes, just press the digit key ”45” under normal
standby mode, then the left function key to pop up the function menu. After the selection of countdown start
option，the cell phone will prompt：“countdown starts up！”
The cell phone will prompt in 45 minutes that the set time is available.
Note：the way for prompt is the same as that for alarm, relevant information as shown in section 12.2.1.2.
Note：
•Enter values for minutes;
•Values for minutes shall not exceed 99（ countdown values entered for minutes under standby
mode）.
•The prompt box may produce under standby mode for the availability of countdown time. The prompt
for other working states shall be made by a prompt tune.
11.2.16 Currency exchange
Using this function, an amount of currency may be exchanged to other equivalent foreign currency.
This cell phone has one type of preset currency exchange, which is changeable, and may be reset with
various currency exchange rates. For this purpose, select the item to be set with direction key “up” and
“down” as well as scroll bar, then press the key select or OK to enter respective setting box. After the setting
for exchange rates, the amount of currency to be exchanged to will be displayed.
