Baseboard 0599 STEP 1 Take 02 and 03 and lay them with the unfinished side up. 02 Screw 2x0599 into the smaller predrilled holes. 03 0329 04 STEP 2 Take 2x04 and hammer 2x0329 into each of them. 04 01 STEP 3 Take 01 and hammer 4x0329 into ends. 0329 3518 6 Take 6x3518 and hammer them into holes under 01.
Baseboard STEP 4 Take 2x04 and place them between 02 and 03 and push them all together. Place 2x0494 in each 04 and screw it in. 0494 Note: When placing 0494 be sure that the arrow is pointing to the hole in the edge of the wood. STEP 5 0599 Place 01 (with 6x3518 facing down) on top and screw 16x3527 as shown. Screw 2x0599 into middle of 01. 3527 Note: Be careful to align 01 with the baseboard. STEP 6 Flip baseboard upside down.
Prepare Vertical Pieces STEP 7 05 Take 05 and place 0394 and screw 2x0160 as shown. 0160 Take 3x4462 and screw 2x0160 into each of them. 0394 0136 0160 4462 0160 Place 2x0136 on bottom edge and screw 2x0160 through each. Note: When screwing in 0394, screw the upper 0160 into the predrllied hole as shown. STEP 8 0160 0440 0160 4157 Place 4x4157 and screw 2x0160 through each. Place 0440 on each pair of 4157 as shown and screw 2x0160 through each as shown.
Prepare Vertical Pieces STEP 9 12 Repeat Step 7 and Step 8 on 12. 0160 4462 STEP 10 06 0160 0394 Take 06 and place 0394 and screw 2x0160 as shown. Place 2x4462 and screw 2x0160 through each. 0160 0440 STEP 11 4157 Place 4x4157 and screw 2x0160 through each. 06 Place 0440 on each pair of 4157 as shown and screw 2x0160 through each as shown. 0160 Note: See notes on step 8.
Prepare Vertical Pieces 0160 STEP 12 0394 06 0329 Flip over 06 and place 0394 and screw 2x0160 as shown. Place 2x4462 and screw 2x0160 through each. 0160 4462 Hammer in 2x0329 on top edge of 06 and 2x0329 on bottom edge. 08 08 STEP 13 Repeat Steps 10 and 11 on 08. Flip 08 over and repeat step 12 on it.
Prepare Vertical Pieces STEP 14 10 10 Take 2x10 and hammer 4x0329 into each as shown. 0329 0160 STEP 15 4462 14 14 Hammer 2x0329 into each as shown. 0329 STEP 16 0160 Flip over 2x14 and place on each 4462 and screw 2x0160 through each. 4462 14 14 Wardrobe Take 2x14 and place on each 4462 and screw 2x0160 through each. Note: Align the 4462 in this step exactly opposite the 4462 in Step 15.
Prepare Horizontal Pieces STEP 17 07 Take 2x07 and hammer 4x0329 into each as shown. 07 0329 0599 STEP 18 Take 09 and hammer 4x0329 as shown. 09 0329 Screw 0599 into middle of 09. STEP 19 Take 11 and hammer 4x0329 as shown.
Prepare Horizontal Pieces 13 STEP 20 Hammer in 2x0329 on side edge of 13 and 2x0329 on opposite side edge. 0329 Screw in 2x0599 as shown. 0599 13 0599 STEP 21 Flip over 13 and screw in 3x0599 as shown. 15 0599 15 STEP 22 0329 Hammer in 2x0329 on side edge of 15 and 2x0329 on opposite side edge. Screw in 2x0599 as shown.
Build STEP 23 Place 05 at edge of baseboard. 05 Screw 2x3527 into 05, going through and into side edge of 01. 01 Note: When putting together two pieces, be sure to fit the 0599(s) and/or 0329(s) and/or 3529(s) sticking out of one piece into the predrilled holes in the other. 3527 07 STEP 24 3527 Place 06 on baseboard as shown. 05 06 Place 0494 with the arrow pointing down and screw it in. 0494 Screw 3527 into 05 and 06, going through and into the two side edges of 07.
Build 3527 STEP 25 Place 08 on baseboard with 0599 (sticking up out of 01) fitting into the hole in its bottom edge. 09 06 05 Place 0494 with the arrow pointing down and screw it in. 08 Screw 3527 into 06 and 08, going through and into the two side edges of 09. 0494 3527 3529 11 STEP 26 Place 10 onto 09 as shown. Place 11 onto 10 as shown. Place long end of 3529 though hole in middle of 11 into top edge of 10.
Build STEP 27 13 Place other 10 on 11 as shown. Place 0494 with the arrow pointing down on the bottom of 10 and screw it in. 3527 08 0494 10 Screw 2x3527 through 05 into side edge of 13. 11 06 Place 13 with the three 0599 facing down. Place 3x0494 at top of 06, 08, and 10 with the arrow pointing up, and screw them in. 05 13 STEP 28 08 Place 12 at edge of baseboard. 12 07 Screw 2x3527 into 12, going through and into side edge of 01.
Build 15 3527 13 14 STEP 29 Place 2x14 on 13 as shown. 05 14 Place 15 on the two 14. Place 0494 with the arrow pointing toward the holes on the top and bottom of both 14 and screw each in. 0494 12 Screw 2x3527 into 05 and 2x3527 into 12, going through and into the two side edges of 15.
Back STEP 30 Note: Make sure 0357 is hammered into the wood when assembling the back. Place 17 and hammer 0357 on top and side edges. 0357 0342 17 0357 Place a 16 on left of wardrobe and hammer 0357 on left and bottom edges. Slide a 25 to the right of the 16 and screw in 3527. Add 2x16 to the right of the 25. 16 25 Place 0342 over the two 16 and hammer 0357 through it. Slide another 25 to the right of the 2x16 and screw in 2x3527. Add 2x16 to the right of the 25.
Drawers 19 STEP 31 21 3527 Hammer 2x0329 into 19, 20, and each side of 21. Push them all together. 0329 20 Screw 3527 through 19 into 21 and screw 3527 through 20 into 21. 22 STEP 32 Slide 22 into slot. 0429 18 STEP 33 Screw 2x0599 into 18 as shown. Screw 2x0162 through 18 into 0429.
Drawers STEP 34 Push drawer front onto drawer. 0494 Place 0494 in each hole with the arrow pointing to drawer front, and screw it in. 0160 STEP 35 Squeeze 4x0138 on bottom of drawer as shown. 0138 Screw 0160 through each 0138. Place 0440 on each side of bottom of drawer and screw 2x0160 into each. Note: When building the drawers make sure to use the L-shaped 0440.
Drawers 4158 0394 STEP 36 Repeat drawer procees 3 more times and slide them into wardrobe as shown. Take 3x4158 and place them onto 0394.
Doors STEP 37 Take door pieces 23 or 24. 23 4219 24 Place 4219 on outside of door and screw 5x0162 through holes. Note: Make three right doors by screwing one end of 4219 to the middle hole, and the other end to the far right hole. Make three left doors by screwing one end of 4219 to the middle hole, and the other end to the far left hole. 0162 0160 23 24 2510 STEP 38 Flip over door and place 3x2510 and screw 2x0160 through each.
Doors 4462 2510 Screw A Screw B STEP 39 Align 2510 in doors with 4462 in wardrobe sections and slide them in. Turn Screw A clockwise and Screw B counterclockwise to adjust hinges.
