Inspect for cracks in frame, cutter deck or other steel parts

Inspect cutter deck belts for wear and alignment

Check all bolts and nuts for tightness (tighten as necessary)

Check transaxle oil reservoir level and fill as needed (use 15-50
motor oil)

Inspect drive belt, idler pulley(s) and idler springs for wear and
alignment

Grease caster wheel bearings and caster yokes (refer to
Lubrication section)

Check tire pressure; Rear tires 18-22 psi

Check and clean engine cooling fins with compressed air

Replace fuel filter

Check ROP's fasteners for tightness and proper installation
(Tighten/Correct as necessary)

Libricate seat platform pivots and seat rails wih waterproof grease

Lubricate Operator Presence Control pivots and control rod with
waterproof grease

Check engine oil and add as needed

Check for fuel or oil leakage - correct as needed

Check and clean air intake screen

Clean engine blower screen and fins with compressed air

Clean Engine Oil Cooler (If Equipped) with compressed air

Clean mower with compressed air-do NOT use a pressure washer

Check for loose hardware (e-clips, snap rings, nuts, etc.)

Check blades for wear and sharpness (sharpen and balance or
replace as necessary)

Clean out debris under blade belt cover

Scrape clean underside of cutter deck

Check blade mounting bolts for proper tightness
X X
Check blade spindle mounting bolts for proper tightness

Inspect tires, replace as needed

Change Transaxle Oil and Filter (An intial oil & filter change is
recommended at 75-100 hrs)

Clean and re-gap spark plug (replace as necessary)

Completely inspect for excessive wear in all parts of mower,
including control system (replace worn parts)

pulleys or pulley bearings (if applicable)

Replace (if necessary) excessively worn caster wheels and roller
bearings

Remove battery and clean battery, battery box and battery cable
ends

Check and adjust valve clearance
