i DE 5. Funktionsbeschreibung Der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard ist ein elektrischer Rollladen-Gurtwickler für den Innenbereich. Die Montage erfolgt als Aufputzgerät. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über das beiliegende Anschlusskabel mit Netzstecker und Kleingerätestecker.
i DE 5.1 Beschreibung der Sicherheitsfunktionen Hinderniserkennung Überlastsicherung Die Bewegung des Gurtbandes wird überwacht. Trifft der Rollladen bei der AB ( t )-Bewegung auf ein Hindernis, bewegt sich das Gurtband nicht mehr und der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard wird ausgeschaltet. Der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard ist gegen Überlastung geschützt. i Nach der Abschaltung ist ein direkter Betrieb in die gleiche Fahrtrichtung nicht möglich.
i Verhalten bei Netzausfall Spannungsversorgung Versorgungsspannung: 230 V ~ / 50 Hz Nennleistung: 70 W Leistungsaufnahme: Stand-by: < 0,5 W Mechanische Leistung Nach einem Netzausfall blinkt die Kontrollleuchte. Nach dem Drücken der Auf ( ▲ )- oder Ab ( t )-Taste wird das Blinken ausgeschaltet. Datenerhalt nach einem Netzausfall Die eingestellten Schaltzeiten bleiben nach einem Netzausfall erhalten. i DE 6.2 Zulässige Rollladen-Gurtbänder i ACHTUNG! Die Verwendung zu langer Gurtbänder kann zur Beschädigung des RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard führen. Die Angaben sind Richtwerte und gelten für eine ideale Einbausituation. Auf Grund von bauseitigen Gegebenheiten können die Werte abweichen. Verwenden Sie nur Gurtbänder in den zulässigen Längen. Der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard verfügt dazu über eine Laufzeitbegrenzung (KB) von vier Minuten. ◆◆ Hat die Laufzeitbegrenzung angesprochen, muss der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard mindestens 12 Minuten lang abkühlen.

i Eine schlechte Gurtbandführung kann das Gurtband zerstören und den RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard unnötig belasten. ◆◆ Montieren Sie den Gurtwickler so, dass das Gurtband möglichst senkrecht in das Gerät einläuft, Sie vermeiden dadurch unnötige Reibung und Verschleiß. i DE 8. Sicherheitshinweise zur Montage Bei falscher Montage können Sachschäden entstehen. ◆◆ Während des Betriebes sind starke Kräfte wirksam, die eine sichere Montage auf einem festen Untergrund erfordern. 8.
i 9. Montagevorbereitungen 1. Maß nehmen. Prüfen Sie ob ausreichend Platz für den RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard vorhanden ist. 2. Bauen Sie den alten Gurtwickler aus, falls Sie eine bestehende Rollladenanlage umrüsten. 2.1 Lassen Sie dazu den Rollladen ganz herunter, bis die Lamellen vollständig geschlossen sind. 2.2. Bauen Sie den alten Gurtwickler aus und wickeln Sie das Gurtband ab. DE VORSICHT! Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr durch die vorgespannte Feder im alten Gurtwickler.
i DE 9. Montagevorbereitungen Das Gurtband vorbereiten. 3.1 Schneiden Sie das Gurtband ca. 20 cm unterhalb der Montageposition ab. 3.2. Schlagen Sie das Ende des Gurtbandes ca. 2 cm um und schneiden Sie in die Mitte einen kurzen Schlitz. So können Sie später das Band auf dem Wickelrad einhaken. 20 cm 3. Empfehlung Das Gurtband muss möglichst gerade und leicht laufen.
i DE 10. Die Wandhalterung montieren Hinweis zur Montage auf Fensterrahmen etc. 2. Neue Montagelöcher anzeichnen. Halten Sie die Wandhalterung an die gewünschte Einbauposition und zeichnen Sie die beiden Montagelöcher neu an, falls Sie neue Montagelöcher bohren müssen. Schwache Fensterrahmen können ausbrechen. ◆◆ Prüfen Sie bei Montage auf Fensterrahmen deren Aufbau und Belastbarkeit.

i DE 11. Das Gurtband einführen und befestigen 1. Stecken Sie zuerst den Kleingerätestecker in den Netzanschluss des RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard und anschließend den Netzstecker in die Steckdose. VORSICHT! Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr durch das Wickelrad. Fassen Sie nicht bei laufendem Motor in das Wickelradfach. Der Kleingerätestecker im Netzanschluss 2. Drücken Sie die Auf-Taste solange, bis der Befestigungshaken im Wickelradfach gut erreichbar ist. i 3.
i DE 11. Das Gurtband einführen und befestigen 4. Führen Sie anschließend das Gurtband von oben in den RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard ein. Führen Sie das Gurtband wie in der Schnittdarstellung gezeigt durch das Gerät und schieben Sie es von unten über den Befestigungshaken. 5. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker erneut in die Steckdose. 6. Drücken Sie die Auf-Taste solange, bis sich das Gurtband einmal ganz um das Wickelrad gewickelt hat. 7.
i 12. Den RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard montieren 1. DE Schieben Sie den RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard von unten auf die Wandhalterung bis er einrastet. Der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard kann sonst wieder herunterfallen. WARNUNG! Ein beschädigtes Anschlusskabel kann einen Kurzschluss verursachen. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Anschlusskabel bei der Montage nicht eingeklemmt und beschädigt wird. 2. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker wieder in die 230 V / 50 Hz Netzsteckdose.

Endpunkte einstellen Wichtige Hinweise zur Einstellung der Endpunkte Damit der Rollladen oben und unten an der von Ihnen gewünschten Stelle stehenbleibt, müssen die Endpunkte eingestellt werden. Sie müssen unbedingt beide Endpunkte einstellen, sonst kann es zu Funktionsstörungen kommen. i Ohne Endpunkteinstellung läuft der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard nur solange, wie eine der beiden Bedientasten gedrückt wird. Ohne Endpunkteinstellung bleiben die Automatikfunktionen gesperrt.
DE 13. Endpunkte einstellen Den unteren Endpunkt einstellen 3. + Die Tasten gleichzeitig drücken und festhalten. Der Rollladen fährt herunter. 4. + i Achten Sei beim Einstellen des unteren Endpunktes darauf, dass das Gurtband beim Erreichen des Endpunktes nicht zu schlaff wird. i Nach einiger Zeit müssen Sie eventuell die Endpunkte neu einstellen, da es im laufenden Betrieb zu einer Verlängerung des Gurtbandes kommen kann.
DE 14. Manuelle Bedienung Die Bedienung von Hand ist in jeder Betriebsart möglich und hat Vorrang vor den programmierten Automatikfunktionen. 1. Den Rollladen öffnen. Der Rollladen fährt nach einem kurzen Tastendruck bis zum oberen Endpunkt. 2. 3. oder Den Rollladen zwischenzeitlich stoppen. Den Rollladen schließen. Der Rollladen fährt nach einem kurzen Tastendruck bis zum unteren Endpunkt.

DE 16. Zeitautomatik; Kurzbeschreibung Gleiche Schaltzeiten für alle Tage i Sie können am RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard je eine Öffnungs- und Schließzeit einstellen, die an allen Tagen gilt. Bei Erreichen dieser Zeit öffnet oder schließt sich Ihr Rollladen automatisch. Nehmen Sie die Einstellung der Schaltzeiten einmalig zu der Zeit vor, zu der sich Ihr Rollladen öffnen oder schließen soll. Zum Beispiel um 8:00 Uhr morgens, falls sich der Rollladen jeden Morgen um 8:00 Uhr öffnen soll.

Das Gurtband bei Geräteausfall entfernen Sollte der RolloTron Schwenkwickler Standard einmal ausfallen und der Motor nicht mehr laufen, können Sie mit Hilfe der Getriebeentriegelung das Gurtband vollständig aus dem Gurtwickler ziehen, ohne es zerschneiden zu müssen. 4. Fahren Sie den Rollladen wieder hoch und entfernen Sie das Hindernis. b) Die Lamellen haben sich verschoben. Fahren Sie wenn möglich den Rollladen wieder hoch und richten Sie die Lamellen aus.

i 7. Safety instructions Exceeding the maximum permissible running time (KB) may overload and damage the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard. According to DIN EN 13659, it is necessary to determine that the movement conditions for the shutters are maintained in accordance with EN 12045. ◆◆ The maximum permissible running time for a cycle may not be exceeded when the equipment is in operation. For this reason, the RolloTron Standard swivel winder has an automatic running time limit (KB) of four minutes.
i EN 7.1 Intended use Only use the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard for opening and closing roller shutters with a permissible belt. i Mechanical locks of any kind are not suitable for automated operation with this device. i Poor routing of the belt can cause the belt to fail and leads to unnecessary loads on the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard. ◆◆ Install the belt winder so that the belt runs as straight as possible into the device, in order to avoid unnecessary friction and wear. i EN 8. i 9. Preparation for installation 1. Take measurements Check that there is sufficient space for the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard. 2. Remove the old belt winder, if you are carrying out a conversion to an existing roller shutter system. 2.1 Let the roller shutter move fully down, until the slats are completely closed. 2.2. Remove the old belt winder and unreel the belt. EN CAUTION! There is a risk of injury from the pre-tensioned springs on the old belt winder.
i EN 9. Preparation for installation Prepare the belt. 3.1 Cut the belt off approx. 20 cm under the mounting position. 3.2. Fold the end of the belt over by approx. 2 cm and cut a short slit in the centre. This enables you to subsequently hook the belt onto the reel. 20 cm 3. Recommendation The belt must run as straight and freely as possible. For stiff roller shutters, mount a deflection roller on the belt box. This helps to prevent unnecessary friction and wear to the belt.
i EN 10. Mounting the wall bracket Note for mounting on window frames, etc. 2. Draw on the new mounting holes. Hold the wall bracket onto the desired installation position and draw on both mounting holes if new mounting holes need to be drilled. Weak window frames may break. ◆◆ When mounting on window frames, please check their structure and load capacity. Especially when mounting onto designs made of synthetic materials, the fastening screws must be screwed tight and must not loosen during operation.
i EN 10. Mounting the wall bracket i 4. The letterings "TOP and OBEN" on the wall bracket indicates the correct mounting position. i EN 11. Drawing in and fastening the belt 1. First, plug in the small appliances plug into the mains connection of the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard and subsequently the mains plug into the socket. CAUTION! There is a risk of injury from the reel. Never reach into the reel compartment when the motor is running. The small appliances plug in the mains connection 2. Press the Up button until the fastening hook are easily accessible in the reel compartment.
i EN 11. Drawing in and fastening the belt 4. Next, draw-in the belt into the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard from the top. Feed the belt into the device, as shown in the image, and slide it over the fastening hook from below. 5. Re-insert the mains plug into the socket. 6. Press the Up button until the belt has fully wound once around the reel. 7. Pull the belt tight when winding, so that the deflection roller turns at the same time. 8. Remove the mains plug again from the socket. 9.
i 12. Mounting the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard 1. EN Slide the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard onto the wall bracket from below until it engages. The RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard may fall off again otherwise. WARNING! A damaged connecting cable may cause a short circuit. Ensure that the connecting cable is not pinched or damaged during the mounting process. 2. Re-insert the mains plug into the 230 V / 50 Hz socket.
EN 13. End point adjustment Additional information about configuring the end points The end points must be configured for the roller shutters to stop at the desired upper and lower positions. It is imperative that both end points are configured, otherwise malfunctions may occur. i If the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard is operated without an end point setting, the drive will continue to run as long as one of the two control buttons is actuated.
EN 13. End point adjustment Set the lower end point 3. + Simultaneously press and hold the buttons. The roller shutters travel down. 4. + i Please ensure that the belt is not excessively slack when reaching the lower end point. i After a period of time it may be necessary to reconfigure the end points as the belt may elongate during the process of operation. Release the buttons, as soon as the roller shutter reaches the desired position for the lower end point.
EN 14. Manual operation Manual operation is possible in any of the modes and has priority over the programmed automatic functions. 1. Open the roller shutters. By briefly pressing the button, the roller shutters will move to the upper end point. 2. or Stop the shutters in the interim. 3. Close the roller shutters. By briefly pressing the button, the roller shutters will move to the lower end point.
EN 15. Setting the summer/winter time SO WI The RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard is equipped with a summer/winter changeover function. With this, the internal timer of the belt can be set to the summer or winter time. i Call up the current time status 1. 2. SO WI Briefly press the SO/WI button. Pay attention to the indicator light. The indicator light flashes briefly to confirm that the SO/WI button has been pressed. The status of the summer/winter setting will then be displayed.
EN 16. Automatic timer; brief description The same switching times every day of the week. i You can set an opening and closing time for your RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard which will apply to all days of the week. Once this time is reached, the roller shutters will open or close automatically. In order to set the switching times, you must carry out this step once at the time that the roller shutters are to open or close.
EN 16.1 Configuring an opening and closing time Configure a closing time ( ▼ ) (e.g. at 20:30 hours) 1. + Simultaneously briefly press the buttons. 2. The indicator light flashes and the roller shutter travels downwards. The automatic timer is now activated. Removing the belt in the event of unit failure In the event that the RolloTron Swivel Winder Standard unit fails and the motor no longer runs, you can use the disengaging bracket provided in order to fully remove the belt from the belt winder unit, without the need for cutting it. 4.
