To set parental controls for all users:

• Connect to WorldGate by clicking WG/TV on the keyboard.

• Click Setup on the navigation bar at the left of the home page.

• Select “Setup”.

• Enter the primary user’s password.

• Select “Submit”.

• Click “Household Parental Control”

• On the Parental Control screen, set the controls you want for all users or set “no parental control”.

• Click “Change Settings” to make the change, or “Cancel” if you have made a mistake or changed your

mind.

Using Help

Help is your online instruction book.

To access help:

• Click the Help key or click on “Setup/Help” on the navigation bar.

• Click on “Help” on the Setup page.

• Click Internet, E-mail, FAQ, or Setup

• Click on the arrow next to the topic for step-by-step instructions
