7. Care
Never use corrosive cleaning agents like methylated spirits, thinners etc. to clean the camera
housing and the accessories supplied with the camera. If necessary, clean the components of the
system using a soft, dry cloth.
8. Storage
Always remove the batteries (rechargeable batteries are not included in the scope of supply) from
the housing if you will not be using the camera for a longer period and store them separately. For
daily or long-term storage, pick a dry place out of the reach of children.
9. Disposal
Please segregate the packaging and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner in the bins
provided. Batteries may not be disposed of in your household waste. Consumers are required by law
to dispose of batteries at local authority disposal sites or return them to retailers selling
batteries. For that reason, batteries are provided with the symbol to the right.
Your product carries the symbol to the right. It means that electronic and electrical
devices may not be disposed of in your household waste, but must be fed into a
separate returns system. By properly disposing of your device, you are contributing to
your old device being collected, treated and used appropriately.
This prevents possible harmful eects on the environment and health through
inappropriate disposal.
