6. Conformity
This device has been tested per Part 15 of the FCC rules, which conrmed that the thresholds for a digital device
of Class B have been met. These thresholds should oer appropriate protection against harmful interference
when installed in a housing complex. If this device is not installed in accordance with the instructions, it may
interfere with television and radio devices.
Operation of this device is permissible as long as the two requirements below are met:
(1) No harmful interference may be emitted by this device.
(2) This device must permit the eects of interference. This includes interference that may
restrict the functionality or cause operating faults.
If this device interferes with radio or television reception – this can be simply determined by switching the
device on and o – the user should attempt to eliminate the interference by doing the following:
• Turningtheantennainanotherdirectionorinstallingitsomewhereelse.
• Increasingthedistancebetweenthedeviceandthereceiver.
• Contactingyourdealeroranexperiencedradio&televisiontechnician.
The manufacturer hereby declares that the CE mark has been attached to this device in accordance with
the fundamental requirements and the other relevant provisions with the following European Directives:
2011/65/EC RoHs Directive
2004/108/EC EMC Directive
The EC Conformity Declaration can be requested under the address stated on the
Warranty card.
