Assembly Instructions
CAUTION: DO NOT STAND ON THIS PRODUCT! Patent Pending
1) On flat work surface, place bottom (#3) on its side. Install long legs (#4) using two
carriage bolts (#10), two flat washer (#11), and two hex nuts (#12). See Figure 1
2) Install short legs (#6) using two carriage bolts (#10), two flat washer (#11), and two hex nuts
(#12). See Figure 2
3) Place top (#12) upside down on flat work surface. Install handle (#5) using two handle keepers
(#2) and four drywall screws (#13). See Figure 3
4) Install top (#1) onto the bottom assembly using four carriage bolts (#10), four flat washers (#11),
and four hex nuts (#12). See figure 4
5) Place the entire assembly upside down and install two fixed casters (#8) at the end opposite of
the handle end using eight pan head screws (#14). Install two swivel casters (#9) at the handle end
using eight pan head screws (#14).
6) Place the unit right side up and install the rubber mat (#7). Your cart is now ready to use!
