You will be presented with your login form:

FORGOT IT
Notice the “Lost your password?” link.
If you have forgotten your password or username, you would click on this link.
Go ahead and you’ll see the following:
If you enter your username if you remember it, or your email address if you
don’t, you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password via email. It
will look something like the following:

!Subject: [Your Website] Password Reset
!Date: 4 August 2010 11:47:00 GMT+01:00
