All removed parts must be placed safely away
from the working area until required in order
to avoid a potential tripping or slipping
hazard.
At all times the correct method for handling
heavy objects should be strictly observed.
Removing the base support board:
It is advised that two or more persons are involved in
the handling of the appliance during the following
proceedure.
1 Carefully pull the front panel away from the
bottom of the wall mounting frame and lift
clear of the two upright tabs (A) at the top of
the frame. Remove from the appliance and
store safely away from the working area until
required.
2 Remove the drip tray (B) by sliding forwards
and away from the appliance.
Undo the hos clip connection (C) at the
top of the flue outlet assembly and the one at
the burner securing the flexible air supply
hose and remove.
3 Undo the connections (D) on the flow and
return pipes (nuts one end and spring clips
(E) the other) and remove the pipes. Store
safely away from the boiler.
Undo the nut (F) securing the burner and
remove the burner (G) from the appliance.
Make sure the burner lead is unpluged
from the boiler conrol box.
