The sealing gasket is not
installed.

The pressure release knob
is not correctly set (venting,
sealing)
●
Press the keep warm/cancel button
to turn off error.
Press the keep warm/cancel button to
open the lid and cool it for 30 minutes
or longer.
If the problem still persists, contact
customer service center.

An internal abnormality is
detected
●
Stop using, unplug the power plug
from the socket, and call the Iris
Ohyama France SAS customer
service center.

The lid has not been set in
the proper position

Set the lid in the proper position (see
page 14) and try again.

The temperature sensor
has overheated
●
The error display can be turned off
by pressing the keep warm/cancel
button.

Press the keep warm/cancel button,
open the lid, and cool down for at
least 30 minutes

If that still does not solve the problem,

customer service center.

There may be drops of
water on the outside of the
inner pot or on the inside
of the main unit

Wipe up any drops of water before
setting up the inner pot in place.

Delay Timer
cannot be set

Timer function is not
available for the selected
menu.
●
The timer can only be used for all
the preset menu and Pressure and
Temperature Cook in the manual mode.
