Open
a) Press OPEN [hexagon 21] to open the selected door. NOTE: The message DOOR
OPENED will appear on the KP21 Information Display [hexagon 13] for the amount of
time the door relay is active. If the Door Open function has been disabled for this door in
this zone, the message: FEATURE DISABLED Check Settings will appear on the keypad
Information Display [hexagon 13].
4. Press BACK [hexagon 12] to select ANOTHER DOOR.
5. Press MENU [hexagon 11] to return to MAIN MENU.
Remote
1. Press Answer [triangle 45] to talk to last door selected.
2. Repeatedly Press Answer [triangle 45] to scroll through available doors.
3. Press & Hold Open [triangle 44] for 5 seconds to open the selected door.
SETUP
Keypad
1. Press MENU [hexagon 11]
2. Press SETUP [hexagon 9]
Setup 1
ON VOLUME. On Volume is the level the zone will turn on to with On Volume set to YES on
the SETUP 2 Page. On Volume set to NO will have the zone turn on to the volume set when
the zone was turned off.
a) Press the ▼ON VOLUME ▲ Buttons [hexagons 6, 21] to adjust Turn On Volume.
PAGING VOLUME. Paging Volume is the level the zone will switch to for incoming pages.
a) Press the ▼PAGING VOLUME ▲ Buttons [hexagons 7, 20] to adjust Paging Volume.
BASS
a) Press the ▼BASS ▲ Buttons [hexagons 8, 18] to adjust Bass.
TREBLE
a) Press the ▼TREBLE
▲ Buttons [hexagons 9, 17] to adjust treble.
Press > [hexagon 16] to advance to SETUP 2
Setup 2
ON VOL. Set to YES to have the zone turn on to the level set in Setup 1/ON VOLUME. Set to
NO to have the zone turn on to the volume set when the zone was turned off.
a) Press the ON VOL ON/OFF Button [hexagon 21] to desired setting as described above.
PAGE VOL. Set to YES to have incoming pages switch to the level set in Setup 1/PAGE
VOLUME. Set to NO to have incoming pages switch to the last set volume.
a) Press the PAGE ON/OFF Button [hexagon 20] to desired setting as described above.
PARTY VOL. This setting will adjust the volume that each zone in an Entertainment Group
will switch to when an Entertainment Group is selected by pressing PARTY MODE from any
keypad configured as part of an Entertainment Group.
a) Press the ▼ PARTY VOL ▲ Buttons [hexagons 9, 17] to set zone Party Mode Volume.
Press < [hexagon 10] to return to Setup 1
Press > [hexagon 16] to advance to Setup 3
