Assembly Instructions

PART LIST

Step 1: Remove protective wrapping first. Then lay all parts on floor and identify all parts packed in carton

against attached parts list.

Step 2: Attach Stretcher (B) to the Chair bottom (A) as shown in Diagram 1, using Bolt(C) and Washer (D)

and Bolt cover(E).

Step 3: Make sure all bolts are aligned properly and tightened sufficiently. Then place bolt covers over

bolts.

NOTE: IT IS USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ALL PARTS ARE ASSEMBLED AND TIGHTENED

PROPERLY AND SECURELY.
