FLUE ADAPTER
MOUNTAIN SERIES OVENS: FLUE ADAPTER
The flue adapter unit is designed to facilitate connection to a round duct� Use the stainless steel screws and sealant
provided to attach the flue adapter to the exhaust outlet on the oven if it is not already installed�
Note: If using a Selkirk or other modular-type duct, attach according to the manufacturer’s instructions� Otherwise, the
duct must be attached with a full perimeter weld� All duct must be grease-rated duct� If the oven is going to be enclosed,
the flue adapter and exhaust outlet must be wrapped with an insulating material approved for use with a grease-duct�
