5. Lift the extractor hood with at least two
persons upwards. Fix the holding ropes on
the appropriate holders on the top of the
extractor hood properly.
Adjust the individual length of the holding
ropes before you fix the body of the extractor
hood on the holding ropes.
Check the correct position of the hood from front and side perspective.
Otherwise the appliance will not work properly.
2.3 Electrical connection
Check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate matches the mains voltage of
your home before connecting the extractor hood to the mains.
Check that the extractor hood is installed properly before you connect the
appliance to the mains.
3. Recirculation mode
 This appliance is intended for recirculation mode only.
 In recirculation mode, the exhaust air is led back into the kitchen (s. fig. below).
In recirculation mode you can use CARBON FILTERS to eliminate cooking vapours
and odours (s. chapter 3.2 CARBON FILTERS).
