you can choose a fryer, and Wolf offers a great
option that the market has never seen. When
your client uses this module, they‘ll be able to
create dinner specialties never tried before.
The accurate temperature control will enable
your customer to seal in that great flavor of the
food without absorbing any unnecessary grease.
The fryer can handle a variety of goods at a
wide range of oil temperatures.
The Wolf fryer module is available in classic
stainless steel. In addition, there is a metal
storage lid to keep the grease area free from
particles falling into the fryer.

module, as contact between water and hot
oil may cause burns from steam and hot oil.
