The Startup

StartupStartup

Startup entry within the Setup Menu determines the input used

by the unit at power up. When set to Last Used

Last UsedLast Used

Last Used, the unit will power

up the same way that the unit was before power was interrupted. If

instead you want to have the unit start up every time with the same

input selected, repeatedly press the Up/Down buttons until the

desired input is shown in the LCD. Save the selection by pressing the

Enter button. Press the Esc button to exit Setup mode and return to

normal operation.

Surround Gain

To change surround gain, select Srnd Gain

Srnd Gain and then press the Enter

button.

Step through settings using the Up or Down buttons, select -9dB (for

example). To accept, press the Enter button. To exit without saving,

press the Esc button.

Important:

Surround gain adjustments are only effective for downmixes DM1 and

DM2. In downmix DM3 the surround gain is fixed.
