5. If you see the following dialog similar to the one in Figure C–3 after a

minute or so, it means the FTP connection failed. Try power cycling the

unit, and repeating the steps (1 through 4) above. When you get back to

this point, press the

F5 key to refresh the window.

6. If the unit still fails to connect, double check all physical connections,

and try using the IP Setup tool to discover the unit's IP address and

mask.
