A: This record player can easy to connect the Bluetooth,you can connect the Bluetooth by your
phone and use the RCA line to connect the external speakers(this record player only supports
Bluetooth input and does not support Bluetooth output, which means you can connect your
phone via Bluetooth, but if you want to connect an external speaker, you need to connect via
RCA Cable. If you want to use headphones to listen to music, you need to use a wired headset to
insert the3.5mm headphone jack on the record player.You also can press the "mode" to USB,SD

Q: I got a Wockoder turntable turned it on but can not get the volume to turn up,what I can do?
A: There is a MODE button on the right side, switches from Bluetooth to the speakers on the
turntable,push it until the sound comes up.You can also try to restart the turntable.Turn off the
power and press the switch again to turn on the record player.If the problem can not be

Q: What should I do if the sound control buttons do not work when I connect an external speaker
with an RCA cable?
A:
1. Check whether the record player can adjust the sound without connecting the external
speakers;
2. Please check if the RCA cable is normal. Trying a new RCA cable can solve this problem. You

3. Check whether the sound on the external speakers can adjust the sound normally;

A:Please solve this problem by turning down the sound on the record player and turning up the
sound on the speakers
Q: Why the black part of my record player looks separated?
A: We built-in spring design is added to our record player, all products are the same, it is normal
design to play.
Q: What should I do if the turntable keeps wobbling?
A: There are built-in springs inside the turntable to reduce absorption in order to protect the
turntable, so it's normal for little up and down slightly.
Q: What should I do when the sound does not play properly(skip)?
A: This a turntable that can play vinyls of 33 1/3,45,78s selectable speed, please adjust the speed
to match your record.
If the speed to match your record, there're 3 reasons to make this happen:
① The stylus is not in the middle of the cartridge because when we remove the cover the stylus,
our hands will touch it unconsciously. Please make it back to the middle.
