We will pick up your coffee machine at your place, and repair it at the WMF Service Center.
The machine will be sent back to you within 5 working days.
For warranty claims, this premium service is completely free of charge for two years.
Procedure
The machine will be collected during the next working day. t
You can advise the WMF Service Center of the time and place for the machine to be collected.t
Prepare your WMF 1000 pro for shipping, packed in the original carton, and have it ready for t
pick-up. Machines that are not in the original packaging cannot be taken for service
Important! The completed service ticket and a copy of the proof of purchase should be available. t
Service/Maintenance/Repair at the WMF Service Center
This procedure applies only within Germany and Austria.
Coffee machine is inspected upon receipt

If not covered under warranty, or if the warranty period has expired, you will receive a cost
estimate
Repair in our Service Center within 5 business days from receipt of the coffee machine and

After repair, your WMF 1000 pro will be returned to you immediately by package carrier
