3.6.3 Grinding grade setting: Perfect Extraction System
The grinding grade, in addition to the volume of the ground coffee, infl uences the “fullness” of the
fl avour and the formation and consistency of the cream. The fi ner the grind of the coffee, the more
of the constituents of the coffee will be dissolved. Set the optimum grinding grade to suit the type of
coffee you are using with the WMF Perfect-Extraction-System.
