HACCP Cleaning Concept
Always use refrigerated milk in order to exclude all risks of health damage due to microbacteria!
Cleaning procedure: 1. Run through the all-automatic cleaning program for the coffee machine and disposal of the coffee grouts
2. Clean the milk frother (immerse in cleaning fluid for 5 hours!)
3. Clean or replace the milk frother after 4 hours of operation (this is absolutely essential if the frother is only used
occasionally and when using unrefrigerated milk)
4. Clean the machine in general, i. e. the enclosure, drip tray
