User's Manual

1.General
The counter is used to count the number of cycles of injection molds, press tools, die
castings or other devices performing cyclic operations.
The counter is inactive and automatically activates when the counter is installed on
the mold surface. Using the counter's mode switch to set up a repeater to be linked,
it is possible to communicate with the linked repeater.
The counter is basically active, or mounted on the mold surface, and can only be
counted while the Active Switch is pressed.
In the activated state of the counter, there is a magnetic sensor that detects the
magnet on the right side of the counter, and when the magnet is detected, the shot
count increases and the value is displayed on the LCD.
The counter will send the increased shot count value to the repeater for each set
transmission cycle.
If the counter is not detected for a certain period of time while the counter is in the
active state, the counter will transmit the current shot count value to the repeater to
improve battery efficiency and enter the sleep mode.
