convert entire documents into editable text on your

computer. CharacterEyes works with any TWAIN-

compatible flatbed scanner. It is a powerful, yet easy-

to-operate, tool that preserves the content, layout and

text attributes of the documents you scan.

CharacterEyes is an optional application that is not

used in conjunction with the QuickLink Pen (which has

its own built-in OCR). For full instructions on using

CharacterEyes, refer to the Help menu in the

application.

Registration

Before you begin using your Pen and Desktop application,

take time out to register your QuickLink product by filling

out and mailing in the registration card, or by registering

online at the WizCom website. To register online:

• Select Contact Us from the CD-ROM Installation Main

Menu, then select Register Now.

Select Register at WizCom Site from the Help menu of

the QuickLink Desktop application.

• Go to Product Registration at the WizCom website

(http://www.wizcomtech.com/).

Your Web browser opens the Internet link for the registra-

tion page on the WizCom site. Follow the online instruc-

tions to register your Pen.
