Troubleshooting
The following are suggested solutions for problems that
may arise when you use your QuickLink Pen. If these
solutions fail to solve the problem, or you experience other
difficulties, please contact Technical Support.
Turning on the Pen
Problem:
The Pen does not turn on when you press 1.
Solution:
Hold down 3 and press 1.
Problem:
The display remains blank when you turn on the Pen.
Solution:
Press 1 to turn off the Pen. Then, hold down 3 and press
1 again.
Problem:
The message “Loading” appears on the Pen display when
you turn it on, and then the Pen shuts itself off.
