QuickLink
To transfer data between the SuperPen and a computer.
Record
A unit of related data, such as an Address or an Internet Link.
ROM
Read-Only Memory: Memory that cannot be changed or erased,
containing the Operating System.
Scanning
Language
The language that the SuperPen is set to recognize when text is scanned
into it.
Serial Port
A socket at the back of a computer for attaching communication devices.
Speller
A unique program developed by WizCom that optimizes OCR in a
particular language.
System Tray
The area on the Windows taskbar containing icons of programs that are
running in the background (and, usually, a clock as well).
Wizard
An interactive guide that helps a user accomplish a particular task, such
as installing the QuickLink Desktop or setting up communications.
