Setting Your Paper Sizes-Windows 2000 and Windows XP
Windows 2000 is much more flexible in its printing capabilities, but as a result, it
needs to be told in a few more places which size label you will be using.
To begin, open up your Dymo LabelWriter’s properties, as highlighted above.
The printing Preferences”
window will now come up. Click on the
“Advanced” button. This will bring up
the “Advanced Options” screen. Here
is where you will choose which paper
size your Dymo LabelWriter will use.
In the “General” tab, click on
“Printing Preferences”, and
then click on “Advanced”
Select “30256 Shipping” under
“Paper Size”
In the Paper/Output
category, click on “Paper Size” and
select “30256 Shipping” as the
paper. Now click “OK” to exit. You
will be brought back to the “Printing
Preferences” window. Click “OK” to
also exit this screen.
