1.2 Limitation of liability

All data and information given in these Instructions were compiled in accordance with the

applicable standards and regulations, the state of the art as well as our extensive knowledge

and experience. The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage resulting from:

▪ Non-compliance with the Instructions

▪ Improper use

▪ Employment of unqualified personnel

▪ Unauthorised modifications

▪ Technical alterations

▪ Use of spare parts which have not been approved

In case of special designs, utilisation of additional order options or because of the most

recent technical changes the actual scope of supply may deviate from the explanations and

presentations described here.

The obligations agreed under the supply contract, the General Terms and Conditions as well

as the manufacturer's delivery conditions and the statutory regulations valid at the time of

contract conclusion shall apply.

We reserve the right to make technical changes for the purposes of improving the

performance characteristics and further development.

These Instructions are protected by copyright.

Transfer of these Instructions to third parties, any reproductions or copies – including

excerpts – as well as the utilisation and/or disclosure of their contents other than for internal

use are not permitted without the manufacturer's written consent. Infringement shall result

in the obligation to pay damages. This shall not affect any further claims.
