Wireless Scale
v1.0 | April, 2016
Technology Description
Weight
Your weight is measured thanks to four weight sensors placed below the surface
of your Wireless Scale.
Body Mass Index
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated based on your weight and height.
It is an international standard adopted by the World Health Organization which
helps evaluate the health risks linked to abnormal weight.
Generally speaking, a BMI between 18 and 25 is considered as “normal”, meaning
that weight-related risks to your health are low. Please note, however, that BMI is
only an indicator, and that it doesn’t take into account a person’s morphology.
