The Withings Thermo and the Withings Thermo app have to communicate once before
the temperature unit change is reflected on the display of your Withings Thermo.
Note that if your Withings Thermo is linked to several accounts, you’ll have to change
the temperature unit on both accounts for the change to be reflected on the display
of your Withings Thermo.
