Retrieving unknown measurements
If your Smart Body Analyzer doesn’t recognize you when you weigh in, your
weight measurements will be listed as unknown measurements. To assign them to
a user, perform the following steps:
1. Open the Withings Health Mate app.
2. Locate Unknown measures on the left menu.
3. Tap the measurement.
