Tracking Your Heart Rate
Overview
This product is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat,
cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
The Smart Body Analyzer allows you to track your heart rate and lets you see
how it changes over time.
If you want to get heart rate measurements, make sure that:
• Fat mass and heart rate measurements are enabled. Refer to “Disabling fat mass and
heart rate measurements” on page28 for more information.
• The Heart Rate screen is enabled. Refer to “Changing the screen order” on page24
for more information.
• You step on the scale barefoot.
• You stay as still as possible during the measurement.
