Starting a Nap Program
Nap programs are preset to 20 minutes, as research indicates that this is the optimal
amount of time to rest without making it difcult to wake up and go on with your day.
You can run a nap program from the Withings Health Mate ™ app.
To do so, perform the following steps:
1. Open the Withings Health Mate ™ app.
2. Go to your Timeline.
3. Tap Nap in the Aura widget.
If this screen is not displayed, swipe left or right in the top widget (colored part at the top
of the screen) until you nd it.
The Nap option is only available once you’ve set an alarm. If you haven’t set an alarm
yet, refer to “Setting an Alarm” on page21.
4. Tap Playing to select your program.
