Problem
The
temperature
seems rather
low
Bluetooth
does
not
seem
to
work
Wi-Fi does
not
seem
to
work
Cause
The skin has sweat
on
it
or
there is hair
on
the
skin.
The
patient
has
been
staying in a
cold
room.
Solution
Ensure
that
there
is
no
hair
in
front
of
the
sensor.
Clean
the
skin with a
dry
piece
of
cloth
and
wait
for
5 minutes
prior
to
taking a measurement.
Wait
until
the
patient
is
warmer
before
proceeding
to
measurement
Measurement
was
not
taken
on
the
temple.
Please refer
to
the
user manual
to
place
the
sensor
on
the
correct
location.
Smartphone
is
out
of
range.
Smartphone's
