Troubleshooting
If
one
of
the
following
problems occurs
while
you are using
Withings
Thermo, refer
to
this section
to
help
solve
the
problem
.
If
the
problem
persists,
please contact
our
customer service. For any enquiry,
the
serial
number
must
be
provided.
It
can
be
found
inside
the
battery cover.
It
is
made
of
12
characters
grouped
by
2,
each
group
separated
by
a column,
for
instance XX:YY:XX:YY:XX:YY.
Problem
Blank
display.
The
device
does
not
turn
on
.

The
temperature
seems rather
high
Cause
Multiple
possible
causes
Battery is
low
The
temperature
is outside ranges.
i.e
lower
than
35°C
(95°F)
or
higher
than 43.2°C (109.76°F)
System error
The
unit
has
been
stored in a
cold
room.
Solution
1. Check
and
correct
the
AAA
alkaline cells polarities.
2. Remove
the
AAA
alkaline cells and
wait
for
one
minute.
Then install
the
AAA
alkaline cells back.
3. Replace
the
AAA
alkaline cells.
Replace batteries
1. Make a
new
temperature
measurement, referring
to
the
user manual.
Contact
customer
service
Leave
the
unit
in
the
room
where
is
the
patient
for
30
minutes
prior
to
the
next measurement.
