Diagnosingproblems
Ifyouexperienceproblemswithyourcomputer,usetheLenovoSolutionCenterprogramasastarting
pointforsolvingthem.
TheLenovoSolutionCenterprogramenablesyoutotroubleshootandresolvecomputerproblems.It
combinesdiagnostictests,systeminformationcollection,securitystatus,andsupportinformation,along
withhintsandtipsformaximumsystemperformance.

Troubleshooting
Ifyourcomputerhasanerror,ittypicallydisplaysamessageoranerrorcode,orabeepsoundswhen
youturniton.Whenyouexperienceaproblem,refertothecorrespondingsectionsinthistopictotryto
solvetheproblembyyourself.

Printtheseinstructionsnowandkeeptheinstructionswithyourcomputerforreferencelater.
Ifyourcomputeriscompletelyunresponsive(youcannotusetheTrackPointpointingdeviceorthe
keyboard),dothefollowing:
1.Pressandholdthepowerbuttonforfoursecondsormoretoturnoffthecomputer,andthenrestartthe
computerbypressingthepowerbutton.
