Test your brakes prior to using the bike every time you use it and remember the bike will not stop as quickly in wet or icy conditions as it would on a dry road. Before you use the bike for the first time you must make absolutely certain that it has been correctly assembled. You can do this by either taking it to your nearest cycle engineer or if you are proficient in cycle mechanics inspecting it yourself.

17 Quick release saddle height, handlebar adjustment and folding mechanism 17.1 17.2 17.3 17.4 17.5 Your Wisper bike has been fitted with a quick release seat post clamp to facilitate the movement of the saddle to change the riding position. It is important that the nut on the collar is tightened so the post will not move in the seat post tube. Make this adjustment with the quick release lever in the open position. Adjust the seat to the correct height and close the lever.
