LIMITED END-USER WARRANTY
WARRANTY. Wisdom Stone ("Company") guarantees this Product against defects in workmanship and materials, under
normal use and proper assembly, for life, with proof of purchase. Company’s obligation under this agreement is limited
solely to repair or replacement by Company at Company’s option, during the warranty period. This Warranty may not be
modified or extended without the explicit authority from Company. Company’s warranties herein apply only to Customer
and do not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person or entity, unless required by law. THIS WARRANTY
SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE IF THE PRODUCT, OR COMPONENTS THEREOF, ARE SUBJECT TO
ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE OR MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR OPERATION, NEGLECT OR
IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSING SUCH DEFECT.
What is typically not covered under an End-User warranty?
1. Improper use, faulty installation, or any alteration to the Product.
2. Neglect, abuse, or use of the Product for unintended purposes.
3. Fading, corrosion or rust as a result of exposure to the outdoors.
4. Cleaning and polishing agents, chemicals, and solvents that could alter the finish.
DISCLAIMER. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY THIS AGREEMENT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND
THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN. NO WHOLESALER, DISTRIBUTOR, RETAILER, ANY AGENT OF THE
COMPANY MAY ALTER OR AMEND SECTIONS OF THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT THE PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION OF THE COMPANY. CUSTOMER WAIVES THE BENEFIT OF ANY RULE THAT DISCLAIMER
OF WARRANTY SHALL BE CONSTRUED AGAINST COMPANY.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Company does not assume or authorize any person to assume for Company any liability or
obligations in connection with the Product. Company’s liability does not include any special, consequential, incidental or
resulting damage to persons, property, equipment, goods, merchandise, profits, good will or reputation arising out of any
defect in or failure of Company’s Product. All warranty policies are limited to sale of Product within the continental U.S.
Repairs and/or replacement by Company is the sole and exclusive remedy for Customers and any damages for breach of the
Warranty are strictly limited to the amount paid by Customer for the Product found to be defective. This warranty is
applicable to the original purchase by end-user only and may not be transferred or assigned.
REQUEST FOR RETURN OR REPAIR. Please retain your original receipt and contact us for a replacement or repair of the
Product.
Please note that this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
