Warranty
Only if accompanied by evidence of purchase is this guarantee applicable.
This promise has no bearing on your legal rights.
Your RS-18 stimulator comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase (proof of purchase is
required). The device and the pod(s) are covered by the warranty (hardware and labor), but not the
cables, battery, or electrodes. Within the warranty period, manufacturer will replace your faulty
product at no charge (except shipping & handling fees in some cases), provided that the product:
• Has been used for the intended purpose and in accordance with this manual’s instructions.
• Has not been plugged into an incompatible power source.
• Has not been misused or neglected in any way.
• Has not been altered or repaired in any way.
• Has not been further damaged by shock.
This warranty has no bearing on your legal rights.
All flaws caused by inferior materials or workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by collision, accidents, abuse, insufficient moisture protection, immersion in water, or
repairs performed by unauthorized people.
