Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Display does not
come on
Low battery Charge battery
Weak stimulation
with loaded
batteries
Electrodes dried out, lost the
adhesiveness thus have no adequate
connection with the skin
Replace with new electrode
Electrode placement Make sure the electrodes are placing at
least 5 cm(2 inches) apart on the body
Stimulation stops
with loaded
batteries
Poor electrode contact Reapply electrodes, place firmly.
Electrodes should be at least 5 cm apart.
Damaged or worn electrodes Replace with new electrode
Cable or contacts damaged Replace with new accessories
accordingly
Stimulation
weakens within
minutes of starting

This is a normal body adaptive process Increase the amplitude (intensity) if
