Overview
TI’s newest WiLink 8 module family
enables FCC/IC/ETSI-compliant and
fully integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
technology solutions for the Internet of
Things with high throughput and ex-
tended range. WiLink 8 solutions provide
certified Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/Bluetooth
low energy co-existence in a power-
optimized design.
WiLink 8 is provided as certified modules
by TI to reduce development time, lower
manufacturing costs, save board space
and minimize RF expertise required.
Additionally, Linux™ and Android™
drivers for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are pre-
integrated with software development
kits for TI’s AM335x and other Sitara™
microprocessors.
