Cell broadcast
Cell broadcast short messages are public service messages such as trafficking messages weather forecast etc. sent by network provider. It depends on the network whether to
provide the service.
Operation：
1. Press "Menu".
2. Select" Messages" by Navigation Key, then press Left Soft Key (select).
3. Select” Cell Broadcast" by pressing Navigation Key up and down, then press Left Soft Key (select), you can see the cell broadcast submenu. The menu includes cells
broadcasting list, channel, and cell broadcasting language.
 Channel: channel to receive cell-broadcasting messages, including three operations as add channels, delete channels, delete all channels.
z Add channel: add a channel to receive cell-broadcasting messages. The maximum number of channels, which can be added, is five.
z Delete channel: delete a channel to receive cell broadcast messages.
z Delete all channels: delete all channels to receive cell broadcast messages.
 Cell broadcast language：select cell broadcast message to display
Predefined text
Save and manage pre-editing messages. Use to send, reply or assemble new messages with other messages without a second time editing. Include user-defining messages
and default messages. User-defining messages could be edited, saves, deleted, or sent, while the default messages can be deleted and renewed, but can be edited, sent or
saved to draft box.
Operation：
1. Press "Menu Select" Messages" by Navigation Key, then press Left Soft Key (select).
2. Select" Predefined Text" by pressing Navigation Key up and down, then press Left Soft Key (select), you can see the predefined text list.
3. Select the message you want to operate by Navigation Key, there are two kinds of messages: default and user-defined.
4. Press Left Soft Key (select) to edit the message, presses Menu to select different input methods.
Draft box
It is used to manage, store the user saved messages, operations such as edit, delete and send can be carried out.
Operation：
1. Press "Menu".
2. Select" Messages" by Navigation Key, then press Left Soft Key (select).
3. Select" Outbox" by pressing Navigation Key up and down, then press Left Soft Key (select), you can see the messages list in the draft box.
4. Select the message you want to operate by Navigation Key.
5. Then press "Menu" or Left Soft Key (select).
 Draft box menu list appears when pressing "Menu", the list includes delete, delete all, send and edit. Corresponding operation is same with the former concerned
operation.
 Press Left Soft Key (select) to check corresponding message contents, title, send to, Cc, Bcc, keep on pressing Left Soft Key (title) to check the relevant
information about the title. Draft box menu list appears when pressing "Menu", the list includes delete, delete all, send and edit. Select corresponding menu by
Navigation Key to carry out relevant operations to the messages (refer to former content.)
