21 Using Logical Volumes
The drive letters that ERD Commander 2002 assigns to volumes may not be
the same as those made when you boot normally into the installation that you
are repairing. To aid in identifying volumes there are two ways provided to
view detailed drive letter mapping information. The first is with the MAP
command in the ERD Commander 2002 Command prompt, and the second
is using the ERD Commander 2002 Logical Volumes utility (Figure 21-1). The
Logical Volumes utility is a snap-in in the ERD Commander 2002 Computer
Management utility that is located in the Administrative Tools folder of the
Start menu.
