SPQ warrants the cover to be free from manufacturer defects. Inspect thoroughly before installation and in-
stall the cover with care. Tears, punctures, abrasions, dislodged eyelets or rips due to improper installation,
environmental conditions, Acts of God or improper handling is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is provided to the original owner from the date of purchase for a length of 8 years. This pro-
rated warranty is nontransferable. The following schedule illustrates the percentage of the cover cost that
the owner is responsible for based on the date of the claim and purchase date. The MSRP at the time of the
claim is used to calculate the prorated amount.

The above warranty is the only warranty provided to the end use, no other warranties provided by the seller
of the product will be granted by SPQ Brands. SPQ is not responsible for any losses such as water, chemi-
cals, labor or other during the use of this product.
