15003 “Jam At Out Sensor Error”
HARDWARE: Original Xfer Conveyor
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, a pack did not leave the Xfer Conveyor Out Sensor within a time.
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam at the Xfer Conveyor Exit.
Test the Xfer Conveyor Out Sensor at the Xfer Conveyor Exit.
Test the Xfer Conveyor Clutch/Brake.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Adjust Engin Value#22 Xcvy Jam At Out Time.
15004 “Jam Into Transfer Conveyor”
HARDWARE: Original Xfer Conveyor
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, the count of packs into the Xfer Conveyor minus the packs out
exceeds 3.
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam at the Xfer Conveyor.
Test the Xfer Conveyor In Sensor and Xfer Conveyor Out Sensor.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Adjust Engin Value#13 Xcvy Package In Out Count. Set to 0 to disable
15005 “Un-expected Pack Exited Xfer Conveyor”
HARDWARE: Original Xfer Conveyor
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, a pack was sensed at the xfer conveyor exit with no data
associated with it
ACTION TO TAKE
For Inserter Open Feed - Check the Inserter Station 1/In Track Sensor.
For Inserter Gripper - Check the Xfer Conveyor Out Sensor.
Check Xfer Conveyor and Inserter setups.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Adjust Engin Value#7 Xcvy Clutch On Time to place 3 packs evenly in
the Original Xfer Conveyor.
—The last pack should be about 1 inch from the exit rollers.
If packs are pulled from the Original Xfer Conveyor data remains
because there are no sensors at Stations 2 and 3.
—Power Down, clear Accumulator and Xfer Conveyor. Power Up and
re-load Accumulator and Xfer Conveyor.
15006 "Expected Pack Did Not Exit Xfer Cvyr”
HARDWARE: Original Xfer Conveyor
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, the Xfer Conveyor was cycled and no pack was sensed but data
indicated an expected pack.
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam at the Xfer Conveyor.
For Inserter Open Feed - Check the Inserter Station 1/In Track Sensor.
For Inserter Gripper - Check the Xfer Conveyor Out Sensor.
Test the Xfer Conveyor In Sensor at the Xfer Conveyor.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
