14021 "Folder Exit Sensor Jam"
HARDWARE: Accum Type=Flats, System Exit Device=Conveyor,
System Exit Device=Xfer,Xfer XcvyN=ON.
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, a pack is sensed at the Folder Exit Sensor for too long a
time(240msec).
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam at the Folder.Exit Sensor
Test the Folder Exit Sensor.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
14022 "Below Minimum Speed"
HARDWARE: All except Flats.
WHAT HAPPENED
At power transition on, average Folder Speed did not reach and settle at
a speed over 50 inches per second.
ACTION TO TAKE
Did the motor start?
No.
Check the motor, motor controller, and the connections and wiring to
these.
Yes.
Check the ‘blue dart’ Folder speed encoder and its connections.
In Test-IO144 look for transitions on the Folder Speed Encoder Input as
the Folder take away shaft is truned by hand.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Turn up the Folder Speed dial.
Check the motor controller setups.

15001 “Jam Error”
EVENT: Pack at Xcvy Sta. 1/In Sensor, increment. Pack at Xcvy Out
Sensor, decrement.
EVENT CHECK: PackageCounter.
ERROR ON: > 5.
CHECK VALUE: 5.
ADJUST VALUE: Engin. Value 18
15002 “Jam At In Sensor Error”
HARDWARE: Original Xfer Conveyor
WHAT HAPPENED
Cycling, a pack did not move from the Folder to the Xfer Conveyor within
a time.
ACTION TO TAKE
Check for a jam in the Folder.
Check for a jam at the Xfer Conveyor.
Test the Xfer Conveyor In Sensor at the Xfer Conveyor Station 1.
ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
Adjust Engin Value #23 Xcvy Jam At In time.
